小野芝麻化学成分的研究(Ⅰ)

摘    要:目的 :对小野芝麻的化学成分进行了化学鉴定。方法 :采用色谱技术进行分离、纯化 ,利用FAB MS ,IR ,UV ,1 HNMR ,13 CNMR ,DEPT ,HMQC ,HMBC等手段及理化常数鉴定结构。结果 :分离得到 2个化合物 ,分别为芹菜素-7-O-β-D-(6′-对羟基肉桂酸基 ) 甘露糖苷 (I) ,毛蕊花糖苷 (Ⅱ)。结论 :化合物I为新化合物 ,化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in the Galeobdolon chinense. METHOD: The chemical constituents were separated by means of chromatogrophy, and their structures were identified by spectra of FAB-MS, IR, UV, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT, HMQC and HMBC. RESULT: Two compounds were obtained and identified as galeobdoside (I) whose structure was apigenin-7-O-beta-D-(6'-p-hydoxy-cinnamoyloxy)-mannoside and verbascoside (II). CONCLUSION: Compound I was a new compound and compound II was obtained from this plant for the first time.
