摘    要:该文建立了芪苈强心胶囊中12种有效成分的超高效液相色谱结合质谱(UPLC-MS)的定量方法。采用Phenomenex UPLC Kinetex C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.6 μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.4 mL·min-1,柱温40 ℃,进样量5 μL,质谱在负离子模式下采用TOF-MS及TOF-MS/MS方法检测。结果表明,12种有效成分毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-葡萄糖苷、异槲皮苷、柚皮芸香苷、橙皮苷、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg1、杠柳毒苷、人参皂苷Rf、人参皂苷Rb1、黄芪甲苷、人参皂苷Rd、杠柳苷H1在检测的范围内线性良好,R2均大于0.999 0,方法回收率为98.0%~102%,RSD均小于3.9%。该方法简便快速、准确度高,可用于芪苈强心胶囊的质量控制。
