| 摘 要： | 随着近几年人们对动物药研究的关注,美洲大蠊已成为少数几种动物药研究开发的热点昆虫之一,以其为主原料的产品已有多个开发成功。本研究就美洲大蠊的主要化学成分和药理作用研究情况进行综述,为对其进行进一步研究开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of medicinal animals as new drugs, research on Periplaneta americana become hot recently. Several drugs which mainly consisted of P. americana were approved for clinical applications. The chemical constituents and pharmacological bioactivities of this insect were summarized herein, which provides informativon for further researches on this medicinal animal. |
