摘    要:目的 :通过虎掌南星饮片研究 ,探讨指纹图谱在中药质量标准建立的定量应用。方法 :HPLC指纹图谱检测和化学计量分析 (window preprocessing ,principal componentanalysis)。结果 :建立虎掌南星饮片指纹图谱的定量表述及定量范围 ;并以此表征饮片产地和批之间物质基础变异。结论 :用window preprocessing ,principal componentanalysis分析和标识饮片HPLC指纹图谱 ,并以此作为饮片质量控制指标是可行的。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the utility of princ ip al component analysis (PCA) in conjunction with the window preprocessing scheme on chromatographic data for quality control. Method: Chrom atographic fingerprints of processed tuber of Pinellia pedatisecta were dete r mined by HPLC, and the Window Preprocessing and PCA were used for data processin g. Result: The quantitative differences among different gr owing areas and different process batches were found with this method. Conclusion: The method can be used in quality control for monitorin g between-batch products of traditional Chinese pharmaceutical process.
