| 摘 要： | 目的 :提高雷公藤浸膏提取后的醋酸乙酯回收量 ,降低生产成本。方法 :向醋酸乙酯提取雷公藤浸膏后的药渣中 ,加入 3倍量饱和食盐水常压蒸馏回收醋酸乙酯 ,回收后的含水醋酸乙酯用无水硫酸钠处理。结果 :处理后的醋酸乙酯可重复使用 ,溶剂回收率达 85%以上 ,大大降低了生产成本。结论 :此法完全适合于大生产。

| Abstract: | Objective:To increase the recovery rate of ethyl acetate after extracting tripterygium wifordii extractum and to decrease product cost.Method:After extracting tripterygium wifordii extractum with ethyl acetate,3times saturated salt water was added in it so as to recovery ethyl acetate distilled under normal atmospheric pressure. Ethyl acetatecontaining salt water was purified through Na2SO4 column.Result:Ethyl acetate purified could be used repeatedly and the recovery rate was up to 85%.Conclusion:This method is completely adapted for mass production. |
