摘    要:芍药苷是芍药的主要活性成分,药理作用多样,应用广泛.近来,芍药苷对神经系统的作用研究受到越来越多的关注.目前的研究结果认为,芍药苷对多种痴呆模型动物的学习记忆功能衰退有改善作用,对脑缺血损伤有明显的保护作用,对帕金森病有一定的治疗作用,还具有镇痛、改善神经突触可塑性损伤等作用.其作用机制尚未完全阐明,现有结果显示腺苷Al受体在其中发挥了较为重要的作用,M胆碱受体、阿片受体、Ca2+通道、NF-κB等也都可能参与了芍药苷对神经系统的作用.
