摘    要:目的:建立石韦药材及饮片中绿原酸和芒果苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil(TM)钻石C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-0.5%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长320 nm。结果:绿原酸与芒果苷分别在5.2~130,1.2~18 mg.L-1线性关系良好;绿原酸的平均加样回收率97.9%,RSD 1.9%;芒果苷的平均加样回收率99.6%,RSD 2.9%。不同来源药材及饮片间绿原酸和芒果苷含量差异显著。结论:本方法对石韦药材及饮片的质量标准制定奠定了基础,也为鉴别不同品种石韦提供了参考。
