牡丹种子化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:进一步研究牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa种子中化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、ODS及Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱进行分离,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为芍药苷(1)、氧化芍药苷(2)、6′-O-β-D-葡萄糖芍药内酯苷(3)、8-去苯甲酰芍药苷(4)、8-debenzoylpaeonidanin(5)、1-O-β-D-glucopyranosylpaeonisuf-frone(6)、1-O-β-D-乙基甘露糖苷(7)、蔗糖(8)、木犀草素(9)、芹菜素(10)、苯甲酸(11)、1-O-β-D-对羟基苯甲酰葡萄糖苷(13)。结论:化合物2,4~6为该种首次分离得到,化合物7和12为首次从芍药科植物中分离得到。
