摘    要:以补骨脂素、五味子乙素、吴茱萸碱为指标成分,对四神茶剂用4种提取方法进行比较,结果3种成分的总含量顺序为:半仿生提取法>半仿生提取醇沉法>水提取法>水提取醇沉法。

Abstract:Four extraction method for the medicinal tea Sishen Chaji, were compared with psoralen, schizandrin B and evodiamine taken as indexes. The result shows that the total contents of the three compounds decrease progressively in the following order: semi bionic extraction, semi bionic extraction by precipitation with alcohol, extraction with water, and extraction with water and precipitation with alcohol.
