| 摘 要： | 目的：研究安脑片（主成分β-细辛醚）对慢性点燃癫痫大鼠脑皮质S100B蛋白和神经肽Y（NPY）的影响。方法：大鼠随机分为5组,安脑片高、中、低(相当于β-细辛醚100,50,25 mg·kg-1)剂量组,阳性药对照组（苯妥英钠）,阴性对照组（基质）。灌胃给药,观察安脑片对抗青霉素点燃癫痫的作用,测定脑皮质S100B蛋白和NPY的含量。结果：安脑片能降低癫痫的发作级别,延长发作潜伏期,减少湿狗样抖动次数；能降低癫痫大鼠脑皮质S100B蛋白和NPY的含量。结论：安脑片有显著抗癫痫作用,能减轻因癫痫发作引起的神经元损伤。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Annao tablet (main component is beta-asarone) on S100B and NPY of cortex in chronic epilepsy rats. METHOD: The remedy was administered orally. The effects were observed in convulsion model induced by PG, then S100B protein and NPY of cortex were determined. RESULT: Annao tablet could depress the epileptic degree, postpone spasm latent period and reduce the wet dog sample (WDS) times. The remedy could decline S100B and NPY of cortex in chronic epilepsy rats. CONCLUSION: Annao tablet has obvious antiepileptic effects and can reduce the nerve cell damage induced by epilepsy. |
