| 摘 要： | 采用细胞培养技术,证实鞣质是石榴皮抗生殖器疱疹病毒的有效成分。其特点不仅能够抑制病毒在细胞内的增殖,更为重要的是显示较强的直接杀灭病毒和阻止其吸附细胞的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on cell culture techniques this study has demonstrated that tannin from thepericarp of Punicagranatum is an effective component against genital herpos virus (HSV-2 ). The tannin not only inhibits HSVZ replication ,but alse shows stronger effects of kilhng virus and blocking rts abarjrption to cells. |
