| 摘 要： | 目的:对菊科千里光属植物菊叶千里光Senecio chrysanthemoides全草乙醇提取物的水溶性部位的化学成分进行研究.方法:利用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并通过现代波谱学和化学方法鉴定其结构.结果:从菊叶千里光的水溶性部位分离鉴定了18个苷类成分,分别为6个木脂素苷:5'-methoxyligusinenoside B(1),hyuganoside Ⅲb(2),citrusin A(3),alaschanioside A(4),citrusin B(5)和dehydrodieoniferyl alcohol 4,γ'di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)；3个苯丙素苷:osmanthuside G (7),syringin(8)和dehydrosyringin(9)；3个苯乙醇苷:2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethanol4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),2-phenylethyl β-gentiobioside(11)和phene山β-D-glucopyranoside(12)；3个苄醇苷:nikoenoside(13),benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(14)和3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15)；2个紫罗兰烯苷:icariside B2(16)和sonchuionoside C(17)；以及1个生物碱苷:1-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)methyl]-5,6-dihydropyrrolizin-7-one(18).结论:化合物1为一个新木脂素苷,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Senecio chrysanthemoides.Method:Constituents were isolated by using a combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS C18, as well as reversed-phase HPLC.
