水杉总黄酮对压力超负荷大鼠左室肥厚的作用

摘    要:目的:研究水杉总黄酮对压力超负荷大鼠左室肥厚的预防和逆转作用。方法:缩窄腹主动脉建立压力超负荷大鼠心肌肥厚模型,分别于术后1周和6周给予水杉总黄酮ig,持续6周。结果:预防和逆转部分,水杉总黄酮均能显著降低大鼠HW/BW、LVW/BW、心肌纤维直径和左心室肌Ca2+含量,而使收缩压(SBP)仅轻微下降,结论:水杉总黄酮对压力超负荷大鼠左室肥厚有预防和逆转作用,其机制可能与钙拮抗作用有关。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To determine the preventive and regressive effects of total flavones of metasequosia (TFM) on left ventricular hypertrophy in rats. METHOD: Left ventricular hypertrophy was inducedin by partial ligation of abdominal aorta. The rats were given ig TFM(4, 40, 400 mg.kg-1.d-1) for six weeks. RESULT: TFM markedly reduced the HW/BW, LVW/BW, myofibril diameter and Ca2+ content in left ventricles but the systolic blood pressure (SBP) in rats wasn't obviously influenced. CONCLUSION: TFM can prevent and reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy due to pressure overload in rats. The mechanism may be related to its calcium antagonistic properties.
