黄连解毒汤对AD大鼠的治疗作用及对细胞因子含量的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨黄连解毒汤对老年性痴呆 (AD)的治疗作用及对细胞因子含量的影响。方法 :以 β 淀粉蛋白(Aβ)注射形成AD大鼠模型 ,以水迷宫实验进行学习记忆能力测试 ;以ELISA法测定细胞因子 :肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α) ,干扰素-γ(INF-γ) ,白介素-2 (IL-2 )变化。结果 :模型组学习记忆能力下降 ,逃避的平均潜伏期延长 ,进入盲端的错误次数增多 ;黄连解毒汤治疗后 ,学习记忆能力改善 ,P <0.01;模型组TNF-α ,INF-γ ,IL-2含量水平较正常组增高 ,P <0 .0 1,黄连解毒汤治疗Ⅰ ,Ⅱ组则明显降低 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :黄连解毒汤可能通过调整AD大鼠的免疫功能和增加抗炎而提高其学习记忆能力。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of huanglian jiedu tang on Alzheimer' s disease, and its influence on cytokines. METHOD: AD rats models were made by A beta injection, and then water-maze tests were made to investigate the study and memory ability. TNF-alpha, INF-gamma and IL-2 were examined by ELISA. After treatment with huanglian jiedu tang, the rats were evaluated again. RESULT: After A beta injection, the study and memory ability of the rats was decreased. By the treatment with huanglian jiedu tang, it was improved (P < 0.01); TNF-alpha, INF-gamma and IL-2 levels of AD rats were higher than those in control group (P < 0.01); after treatment the levels came down (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Huanglian jiedu tang can improve the study and memory ability of AD rats by changing their immune state.
