滨蒿化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究滨蒿花蕾和叶的化学成分。方法 :色谱等方法分离纯化 ,理化性质和光谱数据解析结构。结果 :从干燥花蕾中分得 4个黄酮 ,为 3′-甲氧基蓟黄素 (Ⅰ) ;蓟黄素 (Ⅱ) ;5 ,2′,4′-三羟基-6 ,7,5′-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅲ )和5 ,3′ ,4′-三羟基-6 ,7-二甲氧基黄酮 (Ⅳ)。结论 :化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅲ ,Ⅳ为首次从该植物中获得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents in flower buds of Artemisia scoparia. METHOD: The constituents were separated and purified by means of various chromatographic techniques, and their structures were determined on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data. RESULT: Four flavones were isolated and their structures were identified as cirsilineol (I), cirsimaritin(II), arcapillin(III) and cirsiliol(IV) respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds I, III and IV were isolated from this plant for the first time.
