摘    要:通过对数据挖掘技术在中药安全性研究领域应用现状的系统分析,探讨了基于数据挖掘的中药安全性研究的可行性及其重点发展方向,主要包括:建立完善的基于中药不良反应数据库的信号自动检测及预警系统;挖掘中药安全性的影响因素、规律和机制,以及防治方案;探寻适宜的数据挖掘新算法;开展中药不良反应文本挖掘研究.

Abstract:The current status of the application of data mining in Chinese medicine(TCM) safety research are analyzed in this paper, and the future development trend are discussed, which include: to establish ADR(adverse drug reaction)signal detection and automatic warning system based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) adverse reaction database, to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of TCM safety problems, to devise appropriate new algorithm, and to develop TCM adverse reaction literature mining.
