| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究脑创宁对闭合性脑外伤模型小鼠血脑屏障的保护作用。方法 :采用自由落体法制备闭合性脑外伤小鼠模型 ;测定脑组织含水量和伊文氏蓝含量 ,观察小鼠喘息时间。结果 :脑创宁能显著降低脑组织含水量和伊文氏蓝含量 ,明显延长小鼠喘息时间。结论 :脑创宁对闭合性脑外伤小鼠血脑屏障有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the protective effects of Naochuangning on blood brain barrier in closed cerebral trauma mice. Methods: The freely falling object was used to simulate the animal models of closed cerebral trauma. The content of water and Evans blue of brain tissue were determined, the time of gasp was observed. Results: The Naochuangning could obviously lessen the level of cerebral edema, cut down the content of Evans blue and prolong the time of gasp. Conclusions: Naochuangning have protective effects on blood brain barrier in closed cerebral trauma mice. |
