芳香化湿药开胃作用机理的实验研究 Ⅱ、对湿困动物模型的影响

在文献方法的基础上略加改进制备大鼠湿困模型，表现为倦卧少动、进食及饮水量减少、大便溏泄、体重减轻及血清胃泌素降低、胃肠推进迟缓等。给模型动物分别服用藿香等8味芳香化湿药连结5天，各药使动物上述症状与体征不同程度缓解，血甭胃泌素水平有所提高，胃肠推进运动加快；各药能使胃粘膜SOD活性提高，部分药物还能降低其MDA含量。

Experimental Studies on Effects and Machanisms of Aromatic Drugs for Resolving Dampness on Strengthing Gastric Function

The effects of eight aromatic drugs for resolving dampness on the model of dampness retaining in the middle jiao in rats were studied in this report. Making some improvement on the basic of the methods reported in literatures,we have established the model of dampness retaining in the middle jiao in rats.The rats manifestations are less movement anorexia, loose stool, reduction of weight, decrease of the gastric serum and slowness in movement of gastric and intestine, etc.The water extract of each drug was orally given to the rats of model of dampness for five days. The results showed that eight drugs, invarious degree, could improve the symptoms mentioned above, and that except Magnodia officinalis (Houpu), the other drugs could increase the gastrin of serum to a certain extent. Atraclylodes lancea Thunb (Cangshu), Amomum cardamoumum L (Baidoukou), Alpinia kutsumadai Hayata (Chuadoukou), Amomum villosum Lour (Saren) and Amomum tsao-ko Crevoset (Chaugo) could markedly accelerate the gastric and intestine movement in model rats. Eight drugs could efficiently increase the activity of SOD in the tissue of gastric mucous membrane.Magnolia officinalis, Amomum cardamoumum L.,Alpinia kalsumadai Hayata and Amomum villosum Lour could considerably lower the content of MDA in the tissue.
