摘    要:目的:研究玉屏风散及其所含多糖成分对小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法:以环磷酰胺造成免疫低下小鼠模型,通过腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验研究药物对非特异性免疫的影响;通过溶血素抗体法研究受试药物对体液免疫的影响;通过DNCB所致的迟发型超敏反应研究药物对细胞免疫的影响;免疫荧光染色法测定外周血中CD4^+和CD8^+T细胞的比例,ELISA测定脾细胞IL-2分泌和呼吸道、肠道灌流液中IgA含量.结果:玉屏风散总提取物及多糖对各实验指标均有显著增强作用;黄芪对各指标亦有一定增强作用,其强度弱于全方;防风显著促进肠道和呼吸道IgA分泌,而对细胞免疫无影响;白术仅增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;全方及各组成药物总提物和多糖的作用无显著性差异.结论:多糖成分是玉屏风散免疫干预作用的主要有效部位.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of Yupingfengsan(YPFS) and its polysaccharides on mice immunity function. Methods: Use cyclophosphamide to setup the low immunity mice model, and study the effect of the drug on macrophage phagocytosis,hemolysin-antibody product, delayed hypersensitive reaction induced by DNCB. Determine the proportion of CD_4+ and CD_8+ T cell by immunofluorescence. Use ELISA to determine the IgA content and the IL-2 secretion in spleen cell. Results: YPFS could enhance those indexes; Huangqi could also enhance thosee indexes but weaker than YPFS; Fangfeng could increase the IgA secretion but had no effect on cellular immunity; Baichu could only enhance the macrophage phagocytosis; YPFS and its total extract had no prominent difference with the polysaccharide on immunity. Conclusion: The polysaccharide was the main effective immuno-intervention component in YPFS.
