| 摘 要： | 目的:研究知母皂苷对正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠糖耐量及空腹血糖的影响,探讨其降糖作用机制.方法:测定知母皂苷对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制;正常小鼠口服给药,测定空腹血糖和糖耐量;四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠模型口服给药,测定空腹血糖及糖耐量.结果:知母皂苷对正常小鼠无降血糖作用,但可使糖耐量曲线趋于平缓;知母皂苷能够显著提高糖尿病小鼠糖耐量,降低实验性糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖.结论:知母皂苷具有一定的降糖作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of saponins from Anemarrhean Asphodeloides Bge (SAAB) on blood glucose level in normal and alloxan(ALX) diabetic mice. Methods: Inhibition of glucosidase activity were assayed in vitro. Fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance in normal and ALX diabetic mice were measured. Results: SAAB had not significantly effected the fasting blood glucose of normal mice, but improved their glucose tolerance. Otherwise, SAAB increased the glucose tolerance and reduced fasting blood glouse of diabetic mice induced by ALX significantly. Conclusion: SAAB has an effect on reducing blood glucose. |
