四君子汤抗自由基损伤的研究

摘    要:本文观察了四君子汤对臭氧(O_3)造成的自由基损伤的实验性衰老模型的影响。结果显示:四君子汤能明显改善衰老模型出现的体力下降、御寒能力和对缺氧的耐受力降低,并降低脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量和脑B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)活力,升高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。证明四君子汤具有抗自由基损伤的功能,能延缓衰老。

Abstract:This article deals with free radical injury model induced by ozone and the anti-aging effect of Si Juin Zi Tang. The results showed that, in model group, physical st~ renth, the ability of cold-resistant and hypoxia-resistant were reduced; the lipid peroxides (LPO) content in plasma, brain, liver and the MAO-B activity of brain were increased; the SOD activity of serum was decreosed as compared witn Model group. these changes were the same with that in old age mice. Si Juin Zi Tang ( 6 , 12g/kg po) could emeliorate these changes induced by ozone. It was shown that Si Juin Zi Tang possessed the effect of antagonising free radical injury.
