芸苔生物碱对大鼠血液流变学、肠系膜微循环及家兔视网膜微循环的影响

摘    要:酸式硫酸芸苔碱在大鼠实验性血淤模型上35mg/kg ip,可降低118S~(-1)切变率下的全血粘度,降低红细胞压积,提高血浆中纤维蛋白原含量,红细胞刚性指数无显著改变;可显著提高大鼠肠系膜微循环血流流速。以25mg/kg、35mg/kg ip,缩短微循环血流的停流时间,增加血流恢复比例;对正常家兔0.1mg/kg点眼可改善家兔眼底血管荧光造影下的微循环状态。

Abstract:With the experimental model of rat blood stasis, bisulfated Brassica alkaloid, at the dosage of 35 mg/kg ip, decreased the blood viscosity at shearing of 118 s-1, decreased Hct, increased the content of fibrinogen in serum,and no obvious changes of erythrocyte fragility; significantly increased the blood flow rate of mesentery microcirculation. At the dosage of 25 mg/kg and 35 mg/kg ip, the time of microcirculation blood flow stopping shortened, the rate of blood flowing regained increased. Dropped eyes of rabbits, at the dosage of 0.1 mg/kg improved the microcirculation of eye fundus by FFA.
