鹿茸磷脂抗衰老的初步研究

摘    要:灌服鹿茸磷脂,可明显抑制老年小鼠血、脑和肝组织MAO-B活性,降低上述组织中MDA含量,增强脑和肝组织SOD活性,降低心脏脂褐素的含量,增加脑组织RNA和蛋白质含量,并能明显改善小鼠记忆获得障碍。

Abstract:The experiments have demostrated that phosphates isolated from pilose antler (PPPA)could significantly inhibit the activities of MAO-B and reduce the contents of MDA in blood, brain and liver tissues when it was given orally to old mice(24mont-hs-old)for 7 successive days. PPPA could also enhance the SOD activities in liver and brain tissues, and reduce the contents of lipofuscin in heart tissues, and increase the contents of RNA, protein in brain tissues.In addition,PPPA exerted remarkable facilitation action on the acquisition of memory in mice. The results suggested that - PPPA possessed a anti-aging effect.
