| 摘 要： | 幼年小鼠皮下注射人参皂甙Ｒｂ１６ｍｇ／ｋｇ、Ｒｇ１２５和５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ连续１４天，结果Ｒｂ１能能使正常雌性小鼠子宫及雄性小鼠精囊明显增重，Ｒｇ１也可使正常雄性小鼠精囊明显增重，但却不能阻止去势小鼠副性腺的萎缩。提示人参皂甙本身无性激素样作用，对副性腺的增重作用需要有性腺的存在

| Abstract: | The effects of subcutaneous injections of ginsenoside Rb 1 and Rg 1 on the gonads and accessory gonads of juvenile mice were studied.Daily administration of Rb 1 at the dosage of 6mg/kg for 14 days caused an increase in the weight of the uterus of the normal female mouse and the seminal vesicle of the normal male mouse.Although Rg 1 of 25 and 50mg/kg for 14 days significantly increased the weight of the seminal vesicle of the normal male mouse,it can not antagonize the atrophy of accessory gonads of the castrated mouse.The results suggested that ginsenosides have no sex hormone like action.Its weight increasing effects on gonads and accessory gonads depend on the existence of gonads. |
