| 摘 要： | 采用小鼠跳台法和避暗法观察了益脑胶囊对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果表明，益脑胶囊能增强正常和老龄小鼠的学习记忆能力，对东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠和乙醇引起的小鼠记忆障碍、巩固及再现障碍均有不同程度的改善作用，初步显示益脑胶囊有改善学习记忆功能及促智作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of YNC on intelligence was investigated using the tests of step down and darkness avidance.The results indicated that the YNC increased learning and memory abilities in both normal and aged mice, as well as improved the impairments of memory acquisition, memory consolidation and memory retrieval induced by scopalamine, NaNO 2 and alcohol in mice. |
