摘    要:目的 :研究莪术油抑制小鼠HepA肝癌细胞的分子机制。方法 :建立小鼠HepA肝癌模型 ,进行莪术油抑癌试验 ,并用免疫组化法检测细胞增殖核抗原 (PCNA)、细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)的表达 ,探讨莪术油抑制小鼠肝癌的分子机理。结果 :莪术油治疗组的瘤重、PCNA标记指数、cyclinD1标记指数均低于生理盐水组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :莪术油可能是通过下调cyclinD1的表达 ,抑制PCNA的阳性表达率 ,进而抑制肿瘤的生长。

Abstract:Aim: To study the molecule mechanism of curcuma aramatica oil on inhibiting hepatoma in mice. Methods: The model of HepA liver carcinoma was istablished in mice. The expressions of PCNA and cyclin D 1 in the HepA liver carcinoma cells were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: There were statistically significance differences between the CAO and saline treared groups in tumor weights, PCNA LI and cyclin D 1 LI (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Curcuma aramatica oil inhibited the expression of cyclin D 1 and PCNA, as a results it inhibited the growth of hepatic carcinoma.
