摘    要:目的:研究川牛膝多糖的免疫学活性。方法:通过正常小鼠淋巴细胞转化、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞检测、碳粒廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞、NK细胞活性测定等实验对川牛膝多糖的免疫学活性进行研究,并研究了其对由环磷酰胺(Cy)引起的小鼠白细胞数下降的影响。结果:川牛膝多糖能增强正常小鼠迟发型变态反应和NK细胞活性,提高小鼠碳粒廓清速率、抗体生成细胞数量和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞百分率,且随多糖浓度增高而增强;川牛膝多糖还能显著改善由Cy导致的白细胞数减少。但其对脾淋巴细胞转化率无促进作用。结论:川牛膝多糖能够增强正常小鼠特异性免疫和非特异性免疫功能,并对Cy具有一定的减毒作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the immunoactivities of the polysaccharide extracted from Cyathula officinalis Kuan.Methods: The biologic activities of Cyathula officinalis Kuan polysaccharide were observed on normal mice through the following indices: splenic lymphocyte transformation efficiency, delayed-type allergy, antibody-forming cells activity (AFC), rate of carbon clearance, rate of peritoneal macrophage phagocytizing chicken red blood cell (CRBC) and NK activity, and its influence on the decline of the mouse leucocyte count induced by Cy. Results: The polysaccharide enhanced delayed-type allergy and NK activity and increased the rate of carbon clearance, AFC activity and the rate of peritoneal macrophage phagocytizing CRBC. The polysaccharides also effectively resisted the decline of the mouse leucocyte count induced by Cy. However, the polysaccharides couldn't increase the splenic lymphocyte transformation efficiency. Conclusion: Polysaccharides solution can enhance the specific immunoactivitie and the non-specific immunoactivitie of the normal mouse.Besides, it also could attenuate the negative effect of Cy in inhibiting the function of immune system.
