| 摘 要： | 目的:研究山葛降脂分散片中葛根素在大鼠体内的组织分布。方法:以香草醛为内标物,采用HPLC法测定大鼠各组织中葛根素的含量。结果:按175.6mg(葛根素)/kg大鼠体重灌胃山葛降脂分散片后,葛根素在其体内分布广泛,以心、肝、肾中分布较高,各组织中葛根素的含量于给药后2h最高4,h后显著下降,12h后基本消除。结论:山葛降脂分散片中葛根素在大鼠体内分布快且广泛,消除也快,且可穿越血脑屏障。
