| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究如意定喘丸对支气管哮喘模型大鼠慢性气道炎症的干预作用,为其临床运用提供依据。方法:60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、如意定喘丸高、中、低剂量组(840,630,420 mg/kg;中剂量为有效剂量)、桂龙咳喘宁对照组(450 mg/kg)。以卵白蛋白(OVA)致敏并吸入激发法制备大鼠哮喘慢性气道炎症模型,各组灌胃给予相应剂量药物7天,于末次给药24 h后处死动物。结扎右肺支气管,左肺经支气管肺泡灌洗后收集BALF进行白细胞分类计数,右肺常规染色后分析其形态学改变;ELISA法测定BALF与血清中IL-2、IL-4、ET-1与TNF-α的浓度。结果 :模型组BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)与正常组相比明显增加(P<0.05),且肺组织病理切片显示支气管周围明显EOS浸润。如意定喘丸能明显改善肺组织EOS浸润、降低BALF中EOS含量,并能显著降低BALF与血清中IL-4、ET-1与TNF-α的含量,增加BALF与血清中IL-2的含量,与模型组相比有显著性的差异(P<0.05)。结论:如意定喘丸对哮喘模型大鼠慢性气道炎症具有明显的改善作用。
