| 摘 要： | 银杏外种皮水溶性成份给小白鼠灌胃100或200mg/kg(Bid)×7d能降低免疫器官重量、碳粒廓清速率、巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数、溶血素生成和溶血空斑形成能力以及绵羊红细胞所致的足垫迟发性超敏反应(DTH)及2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所致耳壳的迟发性超敏反应。

| Abstract: | The effects of Ginkgo bilobal L. episperm (G.B) cn immune systems in normal mice were studied. At the po doses of 100 or 200 mg/kg (kg.d) X 7d G.B dereased the thymus and spleen weights of mice
Experimental results indicated that it has inhibiting effct on macrophages of red cells of chicken, the immune specific rosette forming cells and antibodies.
It also supptessed delayed hypersensitivity in footpad or ear of mice induced by SRBC and DNCB. |
