摘    要:目的:观察银杏总内酯注射液对实验性脑缺血及脑血流量的影响。方法:用小鼠结扎双侧颈总动脉和断头模型观察动物存活和喘息时间;大鼠结扎双侧颈总动脉,观察脑缺血大鼠脑血管通透性;大鼠脑缺血再灌试验,观察血清SOD、MDA的水平;以电磁流量计探头测定麻醉犬颈总动脉血流量,观察脑血流量和脑血管阻力的变化。结果:银杏总内酯注射液1.5mg/kg可明显延长小鼠存活和喘息时间,抑制大鼠脑血管通透性。3.0mg/kg可提高大鼠血清SOD含量、降低MDA水平。0.75mg/kg明显增加麻醉犬脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力。结论:银杏总内酯注射液对脑缺血及脑血流量具有明显改善作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of ginkgolides injection in experimental cerebral ischemia and cerebral blood flow volume. Methods: The models of ligating both common carotid arteries and dicapitative mice were used to explore the survival time and gasp duration. Ligating both common carotid arteries and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rat were used to explore the cerebral capillary permeability and the content of superoxide dismutasse (SOD), malondiadehyde (MDA) in blood serum . Internal carotid blood flow of dog anesthetized was measured by electromagnetic flowmeter to expiore the cerebral blood flow and cerebral vascular resistance. Results: Ginkgolides injection at dose of 1.5mg/kg could significantly prolong the survival time and gasp duration, inhibited cerebral capillary permeability. At dose of 3.0mg/kg increased the content of SOD, reduced the content of MDA in blood serum. At dose of 0.75mg/kg significantly increased the cerebral blood flow and reduced the cerebral vascular resistance. Conclusion: Ginkgolides injection has improved effects on experimental cerebral ischemia and cerebral blood flow volume.
