| 摘 要： | 目的:研究梭果黄芪根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、反相Rp-18进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定出10个已知化合物,分别是3-O-β-D-木吡喃糖基-25-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基环黄芪醇(1),异黄芪皂苷Ⅳ(2),环黄芪苷A(3),梭果黄芪苷C(4),2′,4′-二甲氧基-3′-羟基-异黄烷-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(5),毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),6,4′-二甲氧基-3′-羟基-异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(7),β-谷甾醇(8),β-胡萝卜苷(9),6-甲氧基当归素(10)。结论:化合物1-3,5-7,10为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | AIM：To study the chemical constituents of Astragalus ernestii.METHODS：Compounds 1-10 were isolated and purified by silica gel and Rp-18 column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic methods.RESULTS：Ten known compounds,3-O-β-D-xylopyraosyl-24S-cycloart-3β,6α,16β,24,25-pentaol-25-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （1）,isoastragaloside Ⅳ （2）,cyclocanthoside A （3）,asernestioside C （4）,6,3＇-dihydroxy-2＇,4＇-dimethoxyisoflavan-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （5）,calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside （6）,7,3＇-dihydroxyl-6,4＇-dimethoxyisoflavon-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （7）,β-sitosterol （8）,β-daucosterol （9）,and sphondin （10）,were isolated and structurally elucidated.CONCLUSION：Compounds 1-3,5-7 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
