摘    要:指纹图谱是中药质量控制的有效、可行的方法。采用各种分离技术及其联用技术获取尽可能多的检测信息,构筑提取分离与分析检测的技术平台,在此平台上运行大量样本,建立“原始指纹库”,结合化学计量学的方法,提取“特征指纹库”,即寻找显著性差异;对获得的众多“特征指纹”进行系统的分析,获取多个可独立识别样本间差异性的“识别指纹”,建立“识别指纹库”,以代替“原始指纹图谱”,从而提供多种简单的分析方法,以代替多模式多柱分离多元检测。最终获取能够简单地表达中药内汤的标准、规范的识别指纹,形成规范统一的质量控制体系,建立对中药材和制剂具有普遍意义的方法学。

Abstract:Fingerprint is a feasible method and technique for quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicines. Several kinds of hyphenated techniques will be used, including multimode and multicolumn systems in chromatography, HPLC-UV, HPLC-ELSD, HPLC-MS-MS, HPLC-NMR, GC-MS-MS, CE-MS etc., to establish the various fingerprints of Astragalus and Gingseng from the different origins, harvest seasons and so on. The primary fingerprints will be founded based on above methods. By using chemometric methods, characteristic fingerprints will be extracted. Further, discriminating fingerprints will be established by system analysis. At the same time the relationship between the fingerprints and their pharmaceutical efficacies will be also studies. Normalization and standardization system of quality control based on a technique platform will be formed and applied universally.
