青藤茎中的生物碱

摘    要:对青藤(Sinomeniumacutum)茎的化学成分进行研究,从中分离并鉴定出3种生物碱,分别为N-trans-feru-loylmethoxytyramine (1) ,gusanlung C(2) ,和sinoacutine (3)。其中生物碱1和2为首次从该植物中分得。对以上分得的生物碱进行活性测试,结果表明1和2对过氧化氢引起的细胞损伤有一定保护作用。

Abstract:AIM: To study chemical constituents of Sinomenium acutum and their cell-protective effects. METHODS: Chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Three alkaloids, N-trans-feruloylmethoxytyramine (1), gusanlung C (2), and sinoacutine (3) were obtained from the plant stems. CONCLUSION: Alkaloids 1 and 2 have been first isolated from the plant, and both 1 and 2 show protective effects on cell injury induced by hydrogen peroxide in PC12 cells.
