丹参中丹参素、原儿茶醛来源的初步研究

摘    要:目的:考察丹参药材中丹参素和原儿茶醛的来源。方法:以丹参素、原儿茶醛为指标成分,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量;采用液相色谱与多级质谱联用法鉴定丹酚酸。结果:丹参素、原儿茶醛并非丹参固有成分,随煎煮时间增加而增加,而丹酚酸B随煎煮时间增加而减少。结论:丹参素、原儿茶醛是丹酚酸B的降解产物。

Abstract:AIM:To see about the original problems of the water-soluble compounds(danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde)in Danshen,as well as the methodological study of the extraction methods.METHOD:Several extraction methods for Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza (ultrasonic extraction and decoction)were compared. The extraction yields of danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde were determined quantitatively by HPLC.Three Salvianolic acids were identified by LC/MS~(n) technique.RESULT:Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde are not the original compounds of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae.And the yield of salvianolic acid B decreased with the time of decoction passing by.CONCLUSION:They are possibly the degraded artifacts of salvianolic acid B.
