| 摘 要： | 目的：采运用反相高效液相色谱法，研究并建立白鲜皮药材的指纹图谱。方法：用Kromasil 100 C18色谱柱，乙腈-水梯度洗脱；流速1．0mL／min；检测波长228nm。结果：运用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好，达到指纹图谱的要求。结论：采用HPLC指纹图谱可有效控制白鲜皮的质量。

| Abstract: | AIM:To study and establish the fingerprint of raw Cortex Dictamni by reversed phased high performance liquid chromatography. METHOD:The chromatographic conditions were as follows: a Kromasil 100 C 18 column was used; the mobile phase was composed of acetontrile and water with gradient elution;the flow rate was 1 0 ml/min and the UV absorbance detection was set at 228 nm.RESULT:Under the selected chromatographic conditions, good HPLC fingerprints of Cortex Dictamni were obtained .CONCLUSION:Quality of raw Cortex Dictamni can be controlled effectively by HPLC UV fingerprint. |
