摘    要:目的:中药款冬中微量成分肝毒吡咯里西啶生物碱(HPA)的检测。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)、液相色谱与多级质谱联用法(LC/MS^n)。结果:从不同来源的款冬药材中检测到款冬中已有报道的2种HPA,并发现款冬中还含有另外3种HPA,分子量分别为299、341和366。结论:从7份款冬药材中共检测到5种HPA,对检测到的其他种类的HPA应进一步进行提取、分离与鉴定,并研究其毒性与活性;不同来源的款冬药材含有的HPA不完全相同,应分别检测。

Abstract:AIM:To detect the hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids (HPA ) in Flos Farfarae (the flower buds of Tussilago farfara L.).METHOD: The alkaloid extracts were analyzed by TLC and LC/MS n techniques.RESULT: Besides the reported 2 HPAs previously,some other HPAs,whose molecule weights (MW) were 299,341 and 366,were detected in Flos Farfarae.CONCLUSION: LC/MS n technique could detect HPA of Flos Farfarae, and more HPAs should be isolated,separated and identified from Flos Farfarae;it is also necessary to study the toxicities and activities of HPA;the types and species of HPA from various sources are different,and the PA (especial for HPA) of Flos Farfarae from different sources should be detected respectively.
