中西医结合治疗急性白血病35例疗效分析

采用中西医结合方法治疗急性白血病３５例（中西组）完全缓解率为６８．６％，部分缓解率２０．０％，总缓解率为８８．６％。随机对照组３５例完全缓解率为４２．９％，部分缓解率为２０．０％，总缓解率为６２．９％。两组总缓解率比较有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。中西组１、３、５年及５年以上生存期，分别为２０、１２、７和５例，对照组分别为９、５、０和０例，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），说明中西组疗效较好，

Analysis of Therapeutical Effectiveness in 35 Cases of Acute Leukemia with Therapy of Chinese Integrated Medicine

Thirty-five cases of acute leukemia were treated with methods of Chinese integrated medicine(CIM),i.e.in the CIM group,in which the complete remission rate,partial remission rate and total remission rate were 68.5%,20.0% and 88.5%,respectively,while those in the random control group were 42.7%,20% and 62.7%,respectively.The comparison between the two groups showed a significant difference(p<0.05).The patients,survival period in CIM group of 1,3,5 and above 5 years was shown in 20,12,7 and 5 cases,but in the control group,9,5,0 and 0 cases,respectively.The comparison between the two groups also showed an obvious difference(P<0.01),whichdemonstrates that the therapeutic effect was better in the CIM group and the patients,survivalperiod was longer in the CIM group,too.
