从中医药理论角度探讨利血平的药理作用

用中医药学观点对西药利血平进行治疗前后血压、症状、脉象和舌象几方面的观察。据此分析和归钠了利血平的中药样基本特性，并提出其性味、归经和功能主治等中药的基本内容。通过这样的尝试来说明中西医结合的另一形式－用中医药学观点去研究西医药现象的可行性；又因这样的研究能促进中医药学理论在新的实践中不断地得到修正与完善，能指导西药的合理使用，有利于西医药学从微观走向辩证，从而又说明了这一研究的必要性。

Clinical Study on Basic Properties of Reserpinum with TCM Theory

Reserpinum was observed before and after TCM treatment in hypertensive patients,according to their changes in blood pressure, symptoms, pulse conditions and tongue pictures. These changes were used to analyse and sum up the basic properties of Chinese materia medica for reserpinum,such as: properties and tastes of drugs, channel-tropism, effects etc. In this way,another form to study western medicine with the theory of TCM for the integration of TCM with western medicine was feasible. Meanwhile, it not only could promote the theory of TCM to modify and perfect continuously through this kind of practice, but also could make the chemicals adapt to the syndrome differentiation in TCM correctly,thus benefited the western medicine to advance microcosmic analysis to comprehensive differentiation.Thus,it is necessary for us to develop this kind of research.
