| 摘 要： | 本文采用中医手法治疗59例神经根型颈椎病,观察治疗前后患肢体感诱发电位的变化,发现治疗前由于神经根受累,患者表现为患肢疼痛、麻木,体感诱发电位的潜伏期明显延长,与正常值相比有非常显著的差异(P<0.001)。治疗后随着症状和体征的缓解或消失,体感诱发电位的潜伏期也恢复正常,24例复查结果与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。

Observation of Somatosensory Evoked Potential Changes before and after Traditional Manipulation for Cervical Radiculo-Spondylosis |

| Abstract: | Fifty-nine patients with cervical radiculo-spondylosis were treated with traditional manipulation between Sept.1 1984 and Jan.31 1986.The changes of somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)before and after the treatment were observed.It was interesting to note that the patients with cervical radiculo-spondylosis revealed prolonged latent period of SEP and had a significant difference from that of normal control(P <0.001).After manipulation,the neurologic symptoms and signs attenuated or disappeared gradually,and the latent period of SEP recovered to the normal range simultaneously. |
