摘 要: | 目的探讨血管内皮细胞功能在冠心痛(coronary heart disease,CHD)心血瘀阻证中的作用.方法对冠心病心血瘀阻证组112例、冠心病非心血瘀阻证组108例、非冠心病心血瘀阻证组110例和健康人对照组100名检测分析血管内皮细胞产生的一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AgⅡ)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞黏附分子(sVCAM-1)等血管活性物质.结果ET、AgⅡ、sICAM-1和sVCAM-1的异常程度均呈CHD心血瘀阻证组>CHD非血瘀证组>健康人对照组的趋势(P<0.05或P<0.01);而CHD心血瘀阻证组和非冠心病心血瘀阻证组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论血管内皮细胞分泌的ET、AgⅡ、sICAM-1和sVCAM-1等血管活性物质,与CHD形成及病情变化密切相关,可能是CHD"血瘀"病理重要标志物.

Analysis of the Function of Vascular Endothelial Cells in Coronary Heart Disease Patients of Blood-Stasis Syndrome |

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To explore the function of vascular endothelial cell (VEC) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) of Xin-blood-stasis syndrome. METHODS: Some vasoactive substances produced by VEC were detected and analyzed in patients with CHD of or without Xin blood stasis syndrome in group A (n=112) and group B (n=108) respectively, also in patients with non-CHD but of Xin-blood-stasis syndrome in group C (n=110), and healthy persons in group D (n=100), including nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET), angiotensin H (Ag II), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule -1 (sVCAM-1). RESULTS: The abnormality degree of ET, Ag II , sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in various groups showed such a tendency as group A> group B> group D (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05), while no significant difference in these criteria between group A and group C was shown (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: The vasoactive substances secreted by VEC are closely related to the formation and progression of CHD, and are likely to be important pathological markers of blood-stasis syndrome in CHD. |
