| 摘 要： | 为考察大黄对慢性肾功能衰竭(肾衰)的作用,作者应用口服大黄提取物制成的保肾丸治疗22例维持性血液透析(血透)患者。经过严密的对照和长期随访,大黄平均治疗时间5.3±1.2个月,服药后血尿素氮(BUN)和血肌(酉千)(Scr)水平无明显变化,与观察组相比亦无明显差异,但服药后血浆高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载体蛋白A_1(apoA_1)、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白和纤维连结蛋白水平均明显增加,血浆甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载体蛋白B(apoB)和apoB/apoA_1明显降低,观察组无明显变化。结果表明:大黄治疗终末期肾衰的血透(或无功能肾)患者BUN和Scr并无明显变化。表明大黄延缓慢性肾衰进展系通过整体水平发挥作用的理由至少是不充分的。大黄具有明显的降血脂和调节脂蛋白和载脂蛋白,提高血浆蛋白水平,可能在肾衰治疗中起着一个很重要的作用。

Effects of Baoshen Pill in Treating Chronic Renal Failure with Long-term Hemodialysis |

| Abstract: | A clinical trial, to evaluate the effects of Baoshen Pill (Rheum palmatum extract, RPE) onhemodialytic patients was conducted. 42 cases with terminal stage of renal failure (Scr<10ml/min)on HD were divided at random into RPE treated group and control group. The results showed therewere no statistically signficant differences between two groups for Scr or BUN. Serum levels of TC,LDL-c, apo B and apo B/apo A_1 dropped down and HDL-c, apo A_1, albumin, pro-albumin andfibrinectin increased during the follow-up period (P<0.05) in the treated patients. It is consideredthat the mechanisms of RPE in preventing chronic renal failure were not the action of whole body.Improving serum levels of albumin, lipoprotein, apolipoproteins might play important role in treat-ment. |
