| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾络通治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎（MsPGN)的疗效。方法：治疗组56例，以肾络通治疗；对照组30例，以雷公藤多甙治疗。疗程为3个月。结果：治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率为25.0%和82.1%，显著高于对照组的20.0%和53.3%(P<0.05)，而治疗组复发率仅8.7%，明显低于对照组的56.2%(P<0.01)。结论：说明肾络通是治疗MsPGN的有效方药之一。

| Abstract: | To explore the clinical effect of Shenluotong (SLT) in treating mesangial proliferative glomeru-lonephritis (MsPGN). Methods: The patients with MsPGN allocated in the treated group ( n = 56) and the control group (n =30) were treated with SLT and Tripterygium glycosides respectively. The course was 3 months for both groups. Results: The complete remission rate and total effective rate in the treated group was 25.0% and 82.1% respectively, which was obviously higher than those in the control group, 20.0% and 53. 3 % , respectively ( P
