| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨益气养阴活血方对气阴两虚血瘀型糖尿病者血浆浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、一氧化氮（ＮＯ）水平的影响。方法：将８０例２型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，观察益气养阴活血方对气阴两虚血瘀型糖尿病患者血糖、临床症状及血浆ＥＴ、ＮＯ水平的影响，并与糖适平对照组进行对比研究，。结果：治疗组治疗后血浆ＥＴ水平明显下降，有显著性意义（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＮＯ水平无明显改变，益气养阴活血方降低血糖的总有效率为空腹血糖

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe (YQYYHX) in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) patients with deficiency of both Qi-Yin (DQY) and blood stasis Syndrome. METHODS: Forty-one type 2 DM patients compared with those in the control group were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, the endothelin (ET) level of the treated group reduced significantly, and the total effective rate of blood sugar lowering were as follows: Fasting blood glucose (FBG) 87.80%, 2 hours postprandial plasma blood glucose (PBG) 90.24%. CONCLUSION: YQYYHX is effective in improving the patient's vascular endothelia cell functions by reducing the plasma ET level, clinical symptoms and blood sugar lowering. |
