摘    要:目的:探讨药食同源的海冬花粉对营养性肥胖小鼠减肥作用的机理。方法:用摄入热量过多造成的小鼠肥胖模型观察海冬花粉的药效及其机理。结果:海冬花粉可降低肥胖小鼠的 Lee′s 指数(P<0.01,P<0.05);降低血糖含量(P<0.01,P<0.05);对耐缺氧、耐疲劳能力均无明显影响;厌食试验阴性;粪便性状无变化。结论:海冬花粉具减肥作用,其减肥不致厌食和腹泻,不影响体力。其减肥机理可能与调节糖代谢有关。

Study on Effects of Haidonghua Powder on Nutritive Obesity in Mice

Abstract:Objective:To study the mechanism of weight reducing effect of Haidonghua Powder(HDHP) consisted of Laminaria japonica,Ben- incasa hispida.Methods:The model of obesity made by calorie hyperphagia of mice was used to observe the pharmacologic effect and mechanism of HDHP.Randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group,control group,large dosage HDHP group,small dosage HDHP group and positive drug control group.Results:HDHP could reduce the Lee's index of obesity mice (P<0.01) and lower the content of blood glucose,but showed no influence on hypoxia and fatigue resistance,with negative anorexia test and no change in property of stool. Conclusion:HDHP has a body weight reducing effect without lowering of physical strength and side-effect of anorexia and diarrhea,the mechanism might be related to the glucose metabolism regulation.
