| 摘 要： | 目的：研究补肾化瘀复方对老年人淋巴细胞白细胞介素－2（IL－2）分泌及IL－2受体（IL－2R)表达的影响。方法：用MTT法和依赖细胞株法检测IL－2活性，用FACS－间接免疫荧光法检测（IL－2R）阳性细胞数，将老年组与青年组及老年组用药前后进行比较。结果：老年组IL－2分泌较青年组明显降低（P＜0．01），IL－2R阳性细胞数较青年组明显减少（P＜0．01）。补肾化瘀复方可使老年人低下的IL－2活性得到提高（P＜0．01），使减少的IL－2R阳性细胞数得到增加（P＜0．05）。结论：补肾化瘀复方可使老年人减退的淋巴细胞免疫功能得到改善。

| Abstract: | To study the effect of Bushen Huayu Composite ( BSHY) on interleukin 2 (IL 2) secretion and IL 2 receptor expression in the a ged. Methods: IL 2 was examined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (M TT) method and IL 2 dependent cellular stains, IL 2 receptor expression was ex amined by FACS indirect immunofluorescence. Results: Aging could result in the decrease in lymphocytic IL 2 secretion and IL 2 receptor expression (P<0 01, P<0 05), which could be improved by BSHY (P<0 01, P<0 05). Conclusion: BSHY has significant up regulatory effect on immu ne function of lymphocytes in the aged. |
