摘    要:目的:观察丹参对大鼠脊髓损伤的保护作用。方法:14只大鼠随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组7只。采用压迫法造成大鼠 T_(11)脊髓损伤,蛛网膜下腔给药,治疗组给丹参注射液15μl,对照组给予生理盐水15μl。以激光多普勒监测伤前、伤后脊髓血流量(SCBF)的变化,并于伤后24h 测定伤段脊髓的丙二醛(MDA)含量和组织含水量,同时行后肢功能 Gale 评分和斜板试验。结果:脊髓损伤后短时间内血流量显著下降,MDA 含量显著升高,组织含水量增加,后肢功能出现明显功能障碍。与对照组比较,治疗组 SCBF 及MDA 差异有显著性;含水量及后肢功能评分差异无显著性。结论:丹参注射液能增加损伤脊髓血流量,减轻脂质过氧化反应从而对损伤脊髓有保护作用。
