通心络胶囊对实验性心肌缺血、心律失常及实验性高脂血症的影响

观察通心络胶囊对实验动物心肌缺血及心肌梗塞、心律失常及血脂水平的影响。方法：利用结扎犬冠状动脉形成实验急性心肌缺血及心肌梗塞、垂体后叶素诱发大鼠心肌缺血以及氯仿导致小鼠心律失常和食饵高脂大鼠等实验动物模型，观察通心络胶囊消化道给药对其防治作用。

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Experimental Myocardial Ischemia, Arrhythmia and Hyperlipidemia

OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsule (TXLC) on experimental myocardial ischemia and infarction, arrhythmia and hyperlipidemia. METHODS: Using the methods of epicardial mapping and NBT-ink double staining and the ratio of tissue in myocardial infarction in which the anterior coronary artery was ligated in anesthetized dogs, acute myocardial ischemia was induced with pituitrin and hyperlipidemia was induced with feeding high lipid diet in rats, arrhythmia was induced with chloroform in mice. RESULTS: The TXLC reduced significantly the myocardial ischemic limits, degree and the myocardial infarction area, inhibited obviously the ocurrence of arrhythmia and reduced the level of hyperlipidemia. CONCLUSION: The TXLC could improve significantly the myocardial ischemia mycardial infarction and prevent obviously the ocurrence of arrhythmia and hyperlipidemia.
