| 摘 要： | 目的评价内服中药配合穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的疗效。方法178例患者随机分为两组,两组均给予吸入异丙托溴铵气雾剂、口服盐酸氨溴索片,对照组加用百令胶囊以及安慰剂穴位贴敷治疗,治疗组加用中药辨证系列方、冬病夏治消喘膏穴位贴敷治疗,两组均以3个月为1个疗程。观察治疗前后中医证候评分、生活质量评分及肺功能的变化。结果治疗组治疗后中医证候、生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P0.05),肺功能测定结果两组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中医内外合治法治疗COPD稳定期具有一定的疗效,可以明显缓解患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。
