| 摘 要： | 笔者提出围手术期研究的定位是:正确的手术决策是手术成功的前提,熟练的手术技术是手术成功的关键,周到而恰当的围手术期处理是手术成功的保证.开展围手术期中西医结合研究的核心理念是“快速康复”.其学术价值与现实意义在于可以促进手术水平的提高；优化各种有效措施,提高整体疗效；促进学科建设与人才培养,提高学术水平；促进中医药事业的发展和加快中医药走向世界.
